Our Founder
Jackie McGinn is a leadership and culture expert with more than 20 years of leadership and complex change in Lean operations, risk governance, corporate functions and other disciplines in both the private and public sectors.
Through this work, she saw firsthand that successful transformation is directly tied to the inner development of leaders, their self-awareness, mindset and capacity to lead through complexity and uncertainty.
By connecting inner development with practical business priorities, Jackie has supported leaders at all levels to think and act differently. She has designed and led cultural transformations that embed leadership development, behavioural change, and capability building at the core of sustained performance, strengthening resilience, aligning values, and enabling culture-powered impact.
Jackie is a professional coach and transformational facilitator, with credentials in leadership and cultural development from Barrett Values Centre, The Leadership Circle, Human Synergistics Canada and Integral Coaching Canada. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holds an MBA from McGill University, and brings strong expertise in risk and governance β combining real-world business experience with a deep understanding of human dynamics and change.
